SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

I truly appreciate your support and want to ensure you have the best experience with my products. Before placing your order, please take a moment to review the following policies.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All promotional pricing is valid only during the stated timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE & DELIVERY

Orders ship twice a month, typically around the 1st and 15th. A tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Once a carrier confirms delivery, our responsibility ends.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery is confirmed.

Customer Responsibility After Delivery
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the package or arranging secure delivery options (mail hold, package locker, trusted neighbor, etc.).

Missing Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

First, check with neighbors, household members, or building staff who may have accepted it on your behalf. If it’s still missing, please contact us directly with your order number and shipping address. As the sender, we are required to initiate all carrier claims—we’ll handle that part for you.

Please note:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for loss or theft. However, we’re happy to assist with tracking details, documentation, and filing a claim where applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Annie Anderson Store is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties. These vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS
Due to the exclusive nature of these products, shipping timeframes may vary from 4–6 weeks or more, depending on production timelines.

Decorative Boxes

These boxes are designed to be both beautiful and functional. They are the intended shipping container unless your order contains multiple items. Minor wear or damage to the box does not qualify for replacement. Boxes are reversible — you can fold them inside out to showcase the art and hide any shipping wear.

Bonus Items (Bookmarks, Art Prints, Character Cards, etc.)

Bonus items are included when available. They are not guaranteed unless explicitly listed in the product description. These items are free extras and will not be replaced if missing or damaged.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders that include a pre-order item will not ship until all items in the order are available.
If you’d like to receive other items sooner, place separate orders.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement is necessary.

Please note: Cosmetic flaws on the decorative shipping box (minor dents, scuffs, label residue, etc.) do NOT qualify for replacement. However, the book itself should arrive in excellent condition. If your book arrives damaged (creased dust jacket, crushed corners, torn pages, etc.), please reach out—we’re happy to help.

Signed paperback books are sent from San Antonio, Texas, USA, via USPS or UPS (depending on your choice at checkout).

I totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out like we hope they will, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit.

While I provide all shipments with a tracking number, if you need further assistance, please contact me here.

All sales are final.

If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 7 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to
make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact me here.

Please note that, due to the digital nature of eBooks and Audiobooks, I do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.
