Upon purchase, you will immediately receive an email providing access to your eBook(s) from BookFunnel. Click that link and follow the instructions to read online or download the eBook to your Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook or Kobo device.

When purchased, my trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your audiobook.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.

If you have any issues accessing your purchase or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.

Signed paperback books are sent from San Antonio, Texas, USA, via USPS or UPS (depending on your choice at checkout).

Delivery times will vary depending on the location the items are being sent to. You can read our full Shipping Policy below.

I totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out like we hope they will, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit.

While I provide all shipments with a tracking number, if you need further assistance, please contact me here.

All sales are final.

If an item is damaged, we will only accept returns for 30 days after the date of delivery. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can try to
make it right. To request and exchange, you can contact me here.

Please note that, due to the digital nature of eBooks and Audiobooks, I do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.

If your order has already shipped and you've received tracking information, then no, it cannot be canceled. However, if it hasn't shipped yet, you're absolutely able to cancel. Just contact me HERE and I'll get you sorted out.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS. Upon shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

**Please be patient and remember I am a small business. It's just me here.** As such, orders will be shipped TWICE A MONTH ONLY. Shipping dates are estimated on the 15th of the month, and either the beginning or end of month.

Delivery times will vary according to postcode and/or country.

Annie Anderson Store is not responsible for any additional
international customs fees.

SPECIAL EDITION BOOKS

Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our Special Edition books, there is an
estimated shipping time frame of 4-6 weeks.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order books will NOT ship until the release date.

Orders that contain a pre-order item will not ship until the release date. Please place separate orders if you would like to receive your other items sooner.

Returns POLICY

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
