How are my paperback / hardback books shipped?

Signed paperback books are sent from San Antonio, Texas, USA, via USPS or UPS (depending on your choice at checkout).

Delivery times will vary depending on the location the items are being sent to. You can read our full Shipping Policy below.

How do I get my Audiobooks?

When purchased, my trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your audiobook.

The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook or Kobo, or other device.

My item is delayed! What do I do?

I totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out like we hope they will, and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit.

While I provide all shipments with a tracking number, if you need further assistance, please contact me here.

Can I return my purchase?

Short answer: No.

I have a zero returns policy and do not allow returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

If an item does arrive damaged, you must contact the store immediately for a replacement item. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To request an exchange, you can contact me here.

Please note that special edition books, signed books, eBooks, audiobooks, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible to be returned.

Can I return my Audiobook?

Please note that, due to the digital nature of Audiobooks, I do not accept exchanges or returns for these products.

SHIPPING POLICY

WITHIN UNITED STATES

I offer a shipping time frame of 5-7 business days from the date of order (except pre-order and backordered items). All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. I use USPS & UPS to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

The items are sent from Texas, and delivery times will vary depending on the postal code the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from me, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I offer a shipping time frame of 5-7 business days from the date of order. All orders will be processed within this time frame and shipped to your designated address. I use reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

We use USPS and UPS to ship items internationally. The items are sent from Texas and delivery times will vary depending on the country the items are being sent to. Once an item has shipped from us, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and how to track the item.

Annie Anderson Book Store is not responsible for any additional international custom fees. We do our best to ensure the items are marked correctly to avoid additional
fees.

DELAYS & MISSING DELIVERIES

I understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact me and we will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.

RETURNS POLICY

PAPERBACK, HARDBACKS & SWAG

I have a 30-day return policy, in which you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact me here. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special edition books, signed books, audiobooks, gift cards and sale items.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me here.
