What could possibly go wrong?
I thought joining the Ethereal Council meant cushy politics and better coffee—not standing in front of the literal Fates. Then I opened my big mouth and offended the trio who control every single thread of life.
To make things worse, an angel's thread gets cut mid-presentation, and suddenly all divine fingers are pointing at me.
Now I've got to find the real culprit before the Fates decide my thread's next on the chopping block.
